KAPITAL are proud to have supported Climate Insiders Syndicate with the structuring of their investment into Strong by Form 🪵

The Spanish company, Strong By Form, led by co-founders Andres Mitnik, Jorge Christie, Daniel Del Río Ortiz, develops sustainable ultralight high-performance timber-based biocomposites able to replace steel, aluminium, and concrete.

This oversubscribed round of $5.2 million was led by CMPC Ventures, alongside fellow climate tech focussed investors and will enable the company to double in size and build out their industrial manufacturing facility.

‍Climate Insiders, headed up by Yoann Berno, has the mission to democratize climate tech investing, empowering thousands to align their money with their values and utilize money as a powerful tool to drive positive change in combating climate change.
